DOGS. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at Cedar Grove campground. My apologies to any who are inconvenienced by the late change of venue.

THINGS TO DO.

This will be a great chance to try all of your winter camping gear and campfire cooking techniques, it’s probably going to be very cold!  Bring your thermals, woolies, polarfleece, parkas, uggies, hot water bottles, doonas, and warming drinks for around the fire at night. Remember to bring plenty of firewood as none is supplied at the campground.

Saturday will start with a get to know you morning tea, followed by whatever happens from then on, relaxing, making new friends, chatting with old friends, or anything else that takes your fancy. There are also two short walking tracks starting from the campground.

Saturday evening will begin with a huge Happy Hour at the fire, so bring some nibblies to share, followed by a chance to show off your camp oven and other cooking skills. The evening will undoubtably conclude with much happy conversation and port around a lovely warm fire or two.

Sunday will be a day to relax and do whatever appeals.

This is a great way to meet the faces behind the typing. All you need is a few coldies or warming brews for around the evening fire & a good sense of humour.

For those members without a camper of their own it gives you a chance to get a first hand unbiased opinion of a particular camper trailer.

Please keep in mind that the group owners will not accept any responsibility for members & non-members actions during the weekend get together.

If you decide to attend, it is solely at your own responsibility, including any side trips or outings during the weekend meet.
