Members & their friends are invited to attend the groups 12th national meet

WHEN. During the week from Monday 26th to Friday 30th September 2016.

WHERE. Ganmain Showground, Showground Street, Ganmain NSW.

DISTANCE. Ganmain is 500km from Sydney, 500km from Melbourne, 1200km from Brisbane & 900km from Adelaide.

GETTING THERE. Ganmain is located in New South Wales Riverina 60 kilometres northwest of Wagga Wagga.

TIMES. Gates to the Ganmain Showground will be open from 10am on Friday 23th September. Owing to insurance issues there is no camping available within the showground until gates open. The showground is not usually open to camping.

MAKING ARRANGEMENTS. If you would like to attend please register via online attendance form. You will receive an email to your nominated email address to confirm your registration.

COST. The cost is per camper trailer regardless of the number of people. If you stay for seven nights you only pay for six.

 

 

 

Powered Sites. $20 per night
Unpowered Sites. $15 per night

POWERED SITES. Power for medical reasons will be first taken into account. Please tick the appropriate box in the online attendance form.

POWER LEADS. Please ensure your 15amp power leads are presented in a safe usable condition & are to be of one continuous length with no made up 15amp to 10amp adaptors used.

CONTACT ON ARRIVAL. On arrival into the showground please give Rob, Kevin or Jason a call (calling campertrailers) on the groups official UHF channel 18.

PAYMENT. Camping fees are payable to Rob & Carol on arrival at camp. The correct money would be helpful. You will then be directed to a suitable campsite.

ADMIN FEE. There will be an admin fee of $10 to cover the cost of the 'showbag' which contains a commemorative national meet sticker & the printing of lanyard style name tags holders, laminated camper ID sheets, itinerary & attendance sheets etc.

FIREWOOD. Please bring some firewood along. Firewood will be supplied for the week. Don't forget your block splitter.

FIRES only in the bins provided.

WATER. Town drinking water is available from all taps.

SHOWER. Hot showers are available in the amenities block. You are more than welcome to use your own bush shower arrangements.

TOILETS. There are flushing toilets in the two amenities blocks.

WHEELCHAIR AMENITIES ACCESS. There is wheelchair access for shower & toilet.

DUMP POINT. There is a dump point at Coolamon Caravan Park about 15km away.

LAUNDRY. There is a laundromat at Coolamon.

DOGS must be kept on a leash at all times & droppings collected.

RUBBISH Bins are provided. 

PHONES.  There is Telstra & Optus coverage.
