I have read that BUTANE heaters are safe indoors
... butski, you guys say they are not! ... Bummer!
So, can anyone offer a good suggestion for
indoor heating in the event of a rather
permanent power outage due to ...
an EMP attack, a huge solar flare, etc.
Iz it okay that I don't wanna freeze to death?
Thanks mucho in advance.

Hi Zachary,
Carbon monoxide is produced whenever any carbon-based substance is burned with an inadequate supply of air. Even when there is adequate air, carbon monoxide is produced if the burning reaction is only partly complete.

Many thanx, Roberto and his better half.
'Tis quite a bummer that no one can
offer a solution to my stated problem,
which could easily be pertinent to
many of us in da next year or two!
