Hi,
New to the site so sorry if its already been covered.
Im in the market for my first camper trailer. Often I camp at places which are 4wd access and beach driving. I want a trailer which can handle quite rough 4wding.
I am chasing some advice on which suspension set ups are best for this kind of towing. Some of the newer trailers are featuring independent suspension with coils and shocks. Hard to find second hand camper trailers with this. But I realise that leaf springs have been around forever. Also leaf spring with a shock seems to be popular.
What are peoples thoughts/ preferences on this?
Thanks,
Ben
