Hi all, Hoping for a little bit of guidance.
We have a opalite jellybean camper (2016). No issues with it and have been enjoying it every summer.
However due to mis-management we missed re-registering this year. I've been told by the RTA that we need to start the registration process again. I was just wondering is there a mobile service or will i need to tow the trailer to a mechanic to get the blue slip. Id prefer to avoid this if possible.
Plus any tips to re-register a camper trailer.
Thanks
Darren

Re: Registration Lapse - Blue Slip
Hi Darren,
According to the NSW 'whatever they call themselves these days' website, if your vehicle's registration has expired but it's within 3 months of the expiry date, you're still able to renew the registration. The vehicle will be registered from the day you make the renewal payment, but there will be no extension of the expiry date.
If the registration expired for more than 3 months you will need to re-register the vehicle. Google mobile blue slip mechanics in your location.
