Cub Daintree LE 2012 Braking Confusion

Hi All,

I have just purchased a Daintree LE 2012. It looks like it has mechanical override disc brakes. I'm a bit confused as I can see the mechanism and see the marks left by the movement of the draw shaft but the hitch clearly states "non override". Please see photos. Anyone have any ideas?

Anyone have a Daintree LE 2012?
