| WHEN. 
			During the week from 
Monday 26th to Friday 30th of September 2011.  
            WHERE. At Camp Cypress, Baradine (pronounced 
			Bara-dean) NSW. Baradine in located 45 kilometres north west 
			of Coonabarabran off the Newell Highway on the New South Wales 
			Northwest Slopes & Plains.  
            ABOUT. 
			Camp 
			Cypress is a non-profit organisation offering accommodation and catering services for 
			Baradine. Camp Cypress was started in 2001 by a group of 
			community-inspired people, wanting to promote Baradine and 
			surrounding areas.  DISTANCE. 
			Baradine is 
			500km from Sydney, 730km from 
Brisbane, 1000km from Melbourne.   GETTING 
			THERE. At Coonabarabran on the Newell Highway turn west 
			into Baradine Street which in turn is named Coonabarabran Road & 
			proceed 45 kilometres to Baradine travelling through Bugaldie. In 
			Baradine this road is known as Narren Street. Turn west into Lachlan 
			Street (the street after the pub) & follow this road to Camp Cypress.  GPS.  
			S30 56.820 E149 03.405 CAMPING. 
			Camp Cypress is situated on 75 hectares of open woodland at the 
			old Baradine Showground and racecourse only a short distance from town 
			services. The group will have the 
			exclusive use of a large grassed tree studded area. 
			Campsites are on a first in basis only.  TIMES. 
			Gates to Camp Cypress will be open from 10 am 
			on Saturday 24th September owing to the grounds booked out by a school 
			camp.  EARLY ARRIVALS. 
			Camping will be made available in 
			the showground with amenities for those who arrive early at a 
			minimal cost. MAKING ARRANGEMENTS. Please 
			fill in the online attendance sheet & hit send towards the bottom. You will 
			receive an e-mail saying your name & details has been placed on the 
			spreadsheet.   COST. 
			The cost is per camper trailer regardless of the number of 
			people.Powered Sites. $20 per site per night - pay for 6 & get the 
			7th free.
 Unpowered Sites. $15 per site per night- pay for 6 & get the 
			7th free.
 POWERED 
			SITES. 
			There are around 40 powered sites available. These range from 15amp 
			outlets in boxes with from 4 to 8 per box to 10amp outlets from 
			cabins if required. Power for medical reasons will be first taken 
			into account, then if needed down to if any is available. Please 
			bring extra long leads. If you tick the power box in the attendance 
			sheet we will be in contact with you at a later date to see if you 
			need either a 10amp or a 15amp outlet. GENERATORS. 
The use of generators will only be 
			permitted if the demand for genuine requirements of power exceeds 
			the number of outlets. We will be in touch with those who have 
			ticked the 240volt box on the attendance form before the meet to 
			ensure everyone gets the right outlet they require. PAYMENT. 
Camping fees are payable to Rob & Carol on arrival at camp. On entering the 
			grounds please veer to the right at the first fork in the road.   CONTACT ON ARRIVAL. 
On arrival into the campsite please veer right at the first 
			fork & give Rob, Kevin or 
			Jason 
			a call (calling campertrailers) on the groups official UHF channel 18 so they can welcome you 
			& direct you to a suitable 
campsite. ADMIN FEE. 
			There will be an admin fee of 
			$5 to cover the cost of the 'showbag' which contains a 
			commemorative national meet sticker & the printing of name tags, name tag holders, 
			laminated camper ID sheets, itinerary & attendance sheets etc.  FIREWOOD 
		will be supplied. Please bring your block splitter. FIRES only in 
the bins provided. WATER. Town 
drinking water is available from taps on site.
 SHOWER. Hot showers are available - seven showers a 
side.
 TOILETS. 
Flushing toilets are available - eight a side. DUMP POINT. 
			There is a portable toilet dump point on site.
 LAUNDRY.  Washing machines are free in laundry on site. There is a 
			fee for the use of the dryers.
  DOGS are welcome 
			as long as they are on a lead & droppings collected.
			 RUBBISH 
			Bins are provided. Recyclables such as glass & plastic to be placed 
			in the blue bins.  
			 PHONES.  
			Telstra NextG has service.  WEATHER.  Baradine's yearly climate
