2025 national get together
at Ariah Park NSW

Members & their friends are invited to attend the group's 19th national meet

please fill in the attendance form found under the making arrangements heading

 

WHEN. From Monday 29th September to Friday 3rd October 2025.

WHERE. Ariah Park Showground, Ariah Park, NSW.

GETTING THERE. Ariah Park (pronounced 'area') is located in the Riverina region of New South Wales 65 kilometres south of West Wyalong.

DISTANCES. Ariah Park is 460km from Sydney, 1150km from Brisbane, 540km from Melbourne & 925km from Adelaide. 

ARIAH PARK SHOWGROUND ENTRY. From Burley Griffin way turn north into Mary Gilmore Way. Turn west into Barnes Street & north into Maxwell Street. Please use this double gate entrance to the showground as shown below. There is only a narrow single gate in Barnes Street.   

ARRIVAL TIME. The Ariah Park Showground will be open to accept members from 10am on Friday 25th September 2025.

EARLY ARRIVAL. If you arrive early there is the Ariah Park Camp Ground in Barnes Street. Fees are from $8/night for unpowered sites (includes hot showers) and $15/night for powered sites.

LEAVING TIME. You can stay as long as you like after the closing on the Friday. If you decide to stay longer please pay Rob & Carol before the closing on Friday afternoon.

MAKING ARRANGEMENTS. If you would like to attend please register via the CamperTrailers national meet attendance form  You will receive an email to your nominated email address confirming your registration.

COST. The cost is per camper trailer regardless the number of people. If you stay for seven nights you only pay for six.

 

 

 

Unpowered Sites. $15 per night

 

Powered Sites. $20 per night

POWERED SITES. There are a limited number of 15amp powered sites available. Power for medical reasons will be first taken into account, the rest will be on a first in basis. Please tick the appropriate box in the online attendance form.

POWER LEADS. Please bring your long 15amp leads & ensure your power lead is presented in a safe usable condition. All leads are only to be used in one continuous length from the outlet to the camper trailer or caravan.

GENERATORS. To  be used only by permission.

CONTACT ON ARRIVAL. On arrival into the showground please give Rob, Kevin or Jason a call (calling campertrailers) on channel UHF18.

PAYMENT. Camping fees are payable to Rob & Carol on arrival. The correct money in cash would be helpful. You will then be directed to a suitable campsite.

ADMIN FEE. There will be an admin fee of $10 to cover the cost of the 'showbag' which contains a commemorative national meet sticker & the printing of lanyard name tags, laminated camper ID sheets, itinerary & attendance sheets etc.

FIREWOOD. Firewood will be supplied for the week. Don't forget your block splitter.

FIRES only to be lit in your own fire container.

WATER. Town drinking water is available.

SHOWER. Hot showers are available in the amenities block. You are more than welcome to use your own bush shower.

TOILETS. There are flushing toilets. 

DUMP POINT. There is a free dump point on the corner of Barnes Street & Mary Gilmore Way, entry via Barnes Street. 

DOGS must be kept on a leash at all times & droppings collected.

RUBBISH. There are bins placed around the showground.

Please keep in mind that the group owners will not accept any responsibility for members & non-members actions during the get together. If you decide to attend, it is solely at your own responsibility, including any side trips or outings during the meet.
