WHEN. From Monday 28th September to Friday

WHERE.
Crows Nest Showgrounds, 7301
New England Highway, Crows Nest, QLD 4355
GETTING THERE. Crows Nest is located 44kms north-east
of Toowoomba in the Darling Downs region of Southeast Queensland on
the Great Dividing Range at 543 metres above sea level.
DISTANCES. Crows Nest is 900km from
Sydney, 120km from Brisbane, 1600km from Melbourne & 1950km from
Adelaide.
CROWS NEST SHOWGROUNDS
ENTRY.
Please enter the showgrounds using gate 3.
ARRIVAL TIME.
The Crows Nest Showgrounds will be open to
accept members from 10am on Friday 25th September 2026.
EARLY ARRIVAL.If you arrive early while the showground & check-in are
being set up to welcome members, there is the nearby
Crows Nest Tourist Park. Unpowered $15 & powered $23.
LEAVING TIME.
You can stay as long as you like after the
closing on the Friday.
If you decide to stay longer please pay Rob & Carol before the closing on Friday afternoon.
MAKING
ARRANGEMENTS. If you would like to attend please
register via the
CamperTrailers national meet attendance form
You will receive
an email to your nominated email address confirming your
registration.
COST.
The cost is per camper trailer regardless the number of people.
UNPOWERED SITES. $20 per
night
POWERED SITES. $30 per night
POWERED
SITES.
There are plenty 15amp powered sites available. Please tick the appropriate box in the online
attendance form if you require a powered site.
POWER LEADS.
Please bring your long 15amp leads & ensure your power lead is
presented in a safe usable condition. All
leads are only to be used in one continuous length from the
outlet to the camper trailer or caravan.
GENERATORS.
No generators.
CONTACT ON
ARRIVAL.
On arrival at showground please give Rob, Kevin or
Jason a call (calling campertrailers) on channel UHF18.
PAYMENT.
Camping fees are payable to Rob & Carol on arrival at the
check-in. The correct
money in cash would be helpful. You will then be directed to a
suitable campsite.
ADMIN FEE.
There will be an admin fee of $10 to cover the cost of the 'showbag'
which contains a commemorative national meet sticker, printing of
lanyard name tags, laminated camper ID sheets, itinerary &
attendance sheets.
FIREWOOD.
Firewood will be supplied for the week. Don't forget your block
splitter.
FIRES
only to be lit in your own fire
container.
WATER.
Town drinking water is available.
SHOWER. Hot showers are available.
TOILETS.
There are flushing toilets.
DUMP POINT.
There is a dump point in the showgrounds.
DOGS
must be kept on a leash at all times & droppings collected.
RUBBISH.
There are bins placed around the showgrounds.
Please keep in mind that the group owners will not accept any responsibility
or members & non-members actions during the get together. If you
decide to f attend, it is solely at your own responsibility, including
any side trips or outings
during the meet.
