Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Our email went down for a bit and we have only just got around to working it out.
thanks for checking with your son. The velcro on ours seems rock solid, i'm not sure about the zips though.......we have zips where the annexe walls are joined to the annexe roof, but strangely there aren't any zips to join the walls to the main part of the camper. This is where we have issues when using the annexes.
Thinking the best way to deal with it is just to not take the kids camping anymore and make it an activity for us only!
