Hi all,
I have just put some removable legs on an old plough disc. After using it for several nights on a recent trip we found it to work fantastic. We like the idea of leaving a campsite with no fire scar on the ground.
What have you got to put your fire in

happy camping

This is my fire pit
Made from a gal steel storage box that came from a warehouse of a previous employer. I punched holes around the bottom for air flow, added legs made from Dexion scrap and made a shield that hooks into the legs to protect the grass.
Work well at Newnes and didnt leave a mark. the shield acts as a lid in transit with lgs and some firewood carried inside.
