condo wednesday

breakfast

    Wednesday started with breakfast being cooked by the Condobolin Lions Club. There was plenty on offer from eggs, bacon, sausages & even steak complete with a roll.

craft & chat

    Carol held a craft & chat morning so the ladies around camp could meet up for a chat over some knitting, crocheting or just a cup of tea. Some bought along their quits that they had made for use when camping.

boles competition

    The second annual softfloor (softies) V's hardfloor (tin billycans) camper trailer boles competition was played.  It was neck & neck but George Mavros & grandson Michael representing the hardfloor owners won the perpetual (Nygan) winners trophy.

 

kids treasure hunt

    Cassandra and Hayley Beckwith took the initiative in holding a treasure hunt for the kids. They say it didn’t work out very well, but all the kids had a large smile on their faces so they must of did something right.

 

trivia night

    Dave & Jan Cook assisted by Dave & Joy Wilkinson held a trivia night. As you can see by the photos below the event was well attended & a great success. There was plenty of friendly rivalry between the tables as teams sort the winners trophy. There was a gold coin entry & Rob auctioned several items donated by members. The local publican donated a $100 voucher for a meal in the pubs restaurant.

    Unbeknown to Rob & Kevin, there had been a whip-a-round earlier in the week. Alan & Jamie presented a give voucher for Dynamic Solar Solutions to both of them in appreciation to the effect they had put not only into organising the national meets, but for the general running of the group & website.
